It is very likely that you are visiting this site due to our previous namesake, Omega Goalie School. When we first started Omega Goalie School in 2008, we set off to offer complete goalie training that was not available anywhere else, and employ a teaching style that focused on modern techniques, high efficiency performance, and most importantly, a fun, enjoyably motivational environment. As Omega Goalie School grew, our success has allowed us to think further into what we would like to do in the hockey world, and so came the idea that we could offer the very same modern, technique-focused training with players just as we did with goalies.

Now, the most important factor to take note of is that Omega Hockey will continue to offer complete training for goalies; There will be no downgrade at all in our teaching regimen on the goalie front. The modern styles of goaltending and emphasis on form and mental discipline will continue to be a major part of us as we continue to grow.

The addition of player training will not be a complete training service, as it will focus on skills that can not always be addressed in a team practice environment. Our focus on form, technique, and execution will help players improve their individual skills, so that they are better equipped in their more strategy-oriented team practices.

As for our new website, we will also use this transition to offer you more web content, as we will provide Video material, Equipment insights/reviews, as well as Player and Goalie Spotlights. These will be instrumental in connecting with our friends even when we aren’t on the ice!

As you can see, there is a lot underway as we also prepare for our Summer Camps as well as the 2011-2012 Clinic Season. Make sure to check back with us as we add new contact, and Like us on Facebook to keep current with news and content updates!

Our Player/Goalie Spotlight will do just that, as we let you get to know our students and how we appreciate their hard work and dedication.
