By ordering any products from Omega Hockey online store you are accepting the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be changed without any prior notification, so remember to visit this page before you shop, as the latest T&C will apply.

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We are Omega Hockey Ltd. company registered in England and Wales. Our HQ is at 41 Selwyn Avenue, London, E4 9LP, United Kingdom. The company is UK based and we comply with UK Consumer law. This includes the Distance Selling Regulations, which give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 28 days from receipt.

When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order.

We only accept your order once payment has been approved by a company providing a transaction (PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, Gpay, Apple Pay, etc…) and we received your payment.

You may be able to cancel your order within a short period of ordering – timings depend on your chosen delivery method – Standard, Express or international.Please contact Customer Services.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods or alternate options offered.

Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) -e.g. if we notice something unusual on an order or an account.If this happens to you and you think we have made a mistake please contact us ASAP and we’ll be happy to speak to you about it.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to cancel your order or re-order with a correct price. If we are unable to contact you within 3 working days, we’ll cancel your order. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, yoou will receive a full refund.

Prices include VAT (where applicable).

We provide an accurate product desciption. Descriptions and specifications of our products are subject to change without notice.

All our products are manufactured to the highest standards. Omega Hockey guarantee goods against defective materials and manufacture.

We provide safe and secure payment options via Google Pay, Stripe, Apple Pay, Klarna, PayPal -world’s largest and safest online debit and credit card payment processors. We do not have access to your card details.

Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address. Sometimes there may be delays e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress online.

If the goods have not been delivered, there is damage or shortage is revealed upon receipt of the goods, the courier company and Omega Hockey Ltd. must be directly advised in writing within 5 working days from receipt of the goods.

Our shipping partners are DHL Express, UPS, Royal Mail.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of receiving it, we will gie you a full refund by way of the original payment method. You will pay full return postage price, which is not included in the offered refund. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

The item must be in its original condition – never used and in original packaging, including tags, boxes, bags, wrapping. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period (28 days). we strongly recommend you to get proof of postage (it’s free at the Post Office and return centres).

From time to time we may give you Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. Please enter the code at checkout. Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it is issued to you (e.g. what products, single/multiple use, when it can be used).

If we think there is or has been misuse of a Promo Code in any way we can cancel your Promo Code and/or suspend or even close your account without notification. We can cancel, modify or suspend the Promo Code if it can’t run properly – e.g. fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that affects the running or fairness of the Promo Code.

All pictures, logo, material, code, intellectual property and descriptions are the property of Omega Hockey Ltd. It may not be copied or used without the express permission from Omega Hockey representatives.
