Do you provide International shipping and how long will UK delivery take?

Our shipping partners are DHL Express and UPS. We welcome our customers from around the world. Please find your Zone on the Check out page delivery options provided.

UK Standard Delivery – 3-5 working days – £5.00

UK Express Delivery – 1-2 working days – £8.00

International Express Delivery (it depends in which World Zone you live) – 5-14 working days – prices vary. Some countries (Russia) can take up to 30 – 40 working days.

When bying and using the international service, will I have to pay customs or levy fees?

Please be aware that as per import/export rules of your respective international country you may be charged (and/or):

– Customs duty

– Excise duty

– Import or supply VAT.

These rates are based upon the value of your order to the % charged by your country. We do not and cannot hold any accountability for the total amount charged by your respective authority.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We partnered with PayPal, Stripe and Klarna payment processing companies to provide safe and secure payment transactions. You will be connected to their websites to make a payment. Omega Hockey website doesn’t have access to your debit or credit card details. We would strongly advise you NOT TO SAVE your cards details in My Account area.

Also we provide check out option as a Guest so you don’t have to Register for your account.

How do I apply for a Sponsorship?

Sponsorship opportunities for year 2021 – 2022 are open. Please fill in online Sponsorship Form on the Sponsorship page and check our Instagram @omegahockey for latest news.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Omega Hockey shop accepts payments by PayPal, Klarna – Pay Later or Slice It, Stripe, ApplePay via Stripe, Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard.

Are Promo Codes and Discounts for all your products?

Unfortunately our Promo Codes or Discounts does not apply to all products. Please check the item description where you can find information if discount is available or not available for the product. Promo Code sent by email will specify on which products you can use it.

Will I receive an invoice/receipt for my order?

An Invoice/receipt should be provided by company you made a payment through – PayPal, Stripe or Klarna via your email.
